Syracuse, KS. - Range Facilities, Bison Hunts

If you are driving to Syracuse we are located on highway 50 in southwest Kansas, 15 miles from the Colorado border. If you are flying in, the closest regional airport is located in Garden City, Ks and is 50 miles to the east. Rental cars are available at the airport. The closest international airports are in Denver and Colorado Springs and are a 4 hour drive from Syracuse. The Syracuse airport has a 4,600 ft. runway that will accommodate all turboprop aircraft and most light jets. For more information on airport facilities call (620) 384-5835.

Driving Directions

Syracuse:
If approaching from the east on Hwy. 50 take a right on the 3rd street you come to after entering the city limits. This will be Sumner St. Proceed two blocks north to the corner of Sumner and Ave. C. We are on the right. The house is two stories with a wrap around porch. If approaching from the west, come to the east end of town on Hwy. 50, through the stoplight to Sumner St. on your left. Follow the previous instructions from there. The physical address to plug into your GPS is 602 E. Ave C, Syracuse, Ks. 67878.

Transportation:
The majority of terrain you will encounter on our properties is gently rolling hills or wide open plains and easily traversed with just about any type of vehicle. A four-wheel drive vehicle is not necessary to get around.

Please do not arrive early without making prior arrangements. I often have people arrive a day early or in the morning the day before the hunt and expect to start hunting. I run a very tight schedule and have people booked in front of and behind you. I typically cannot accomodate you in any way until the evening before your hunt. If you would like to come early and spend some time on the rifle ranges the day before your hunt I can usually accomodate this with no problem. Please just confirm your intentions so I can ensure the ranges are not booked.
